Communication Procedure Every child in this school carries a homework diary. If you need to convey a message to your child’s

teacher, you can write a note on that diary. If necessary, the teacher will respond to your written

note immediately.If you would like to convey a message to the principal or the director of the school,

you can ask for a request form from the office and write the message for the principal or the director

and submit that request form at the office. If considered necessary, the principal or the director will

answer to that message. Anyhow, your complaint, suggestion or compliment will be conveyed to the

appropriate person through the request form for sure

Complaints and Suggestions Complaints and Suggestions are welcomed in written form only. In case that you have a complaint

or a suggestion that you would like the principal or the director to take notice of, you must write it

down on a request form and submit it to any of the staff members. If necessary, the principal or

director will reply to your message as soon as possible

Principal’s Visiting Hours If you need to see the Principal, get an appointment on the telephone first. In case of an

emergency, the Principal’s usual visiting hours are from 9:30am to 12:30pm Monday to Friday. In

case the Principal is not available during these hours then please leave a message on a request

form.

Teacher’s Visiting Hours A mother-teacher meeting is organized during each semester. All mothers must attend that meeting

to find out about their child’s performance. In case of an emergency, you may contact the

Headmistress. She can organize your meeting with the class teacher on the phone or in person. As

the teachers are busy during most of the hours, they are unable to see any of the parents. Please

make sure that you don’t enter the classrooms at anytime when the classes are in progress. There

is a comfortable waiting area at the front of the building

Fee schedule As this school has not charged any security charges at the time of admission, it is the policy of the

school to expel the student who is unable to clear the dues within 30 days after the due date. A 10%

fine is charged if the fee is not paid before the 5th of each month.Summer vacations fee is charged

in advance before the 1st of June each year

School Notices The school through your child sends all notices to the parents. Please make sure that you check

your child’s homework diaries for such important notices. Important notices include schedules of

education and recreational trips, monthly tests and holidays. It is the responsibility of the parents to

follow the monthly test schedules. Tests are only given on the scheduled dates. No exceptions are

made if your child is not present on the scheduled dates. These notices carry important information

so please don’t lose them and keep them safely for your future references

being fought. The teachers in this school are well aware of the fact that teaching is a profession of

the Allah’s messengers. That is why all teachers at this school are trained to be honest and dutiful.

They work hard to eliminate ignorance from our minds to make us more civilized. As they are only

answerable to Allah, They must teach what they believe is right. They have chosen this profession

to spread the truth and knowledge of Allah’s creations. Therefore, We must consider the staff of

this school as teachers rather than our servants.A well thought out system is being implemented

under the supervision of competent teachers in this school. The syllabus is well designed and

therefore cannot be altered to fit the demands of a couple of children who are not doing well. The

rules and the policies in this school are strictly followed. In case you have a suggestion or a
